BUFFALO MEAT & BURGERS
We supply our famous buffalo meat and burgers to both individuals and restaurants, such as Cafe Lilli and The Station Hotel. Lower in cholesterol and tastier than beef, buffalo makes a fantastic alternative to beef. Our burgers are 180 grams of satisfying yummi-ness. Ideal for BBQs and lazy nights in front of the TV. How do you like yours? Why not add some of Paul's home-cured bacon on top! Mmmm, bacon!
FRESH MEAT
From our own buffalo, venison, beef and lamb, to locally sourced iron-age pork, goat, mutton and chicken, you won't find better quality meat. Our expert butchers will prepare any cut to your specifications. We make our own farmhouse sausages, burgers, pies, and Scotch eggs. Stop by our family-run farm shop just outside Northallerton to experience everything we have to offer. Contact us if you'd like something special, such as gluten-free sausages.
LOCAL PRODUCE
Any farm shop worth its salt sells local fresh produce and we're no exception! Depending on seasonal availability, we stock potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, parsnips, turnips, and much more. Organic milk from nearby Acorn Dairy tastes great on cereal or in your cuppa. We also sell fresh hen and duck eggs to accompany Paul's home-cured bacon and our homemade gourmet sausages for a cracking full English!
HANDMADE PIES
Our handmade pies offer great value for money and fly out of the shop! Made on the premises, they're packed with meat and come in two sizes: individual and family. We occasionally produce other varieties and sizes. We also make sausage rolls and Scotch eggs. Ring 01609 777740 to see what we have available.
MULTICULTURAL
PRODUCE & GROCERIES
If you're a fan of Indian, Malaysian, Nepali or even Fijian cuisine, you'll love our multicultural groceries! We sell a wide range of exotic fruit & vegetables, such as the pictured mangosteen, plus cassava, plantain, yams, rambutan, sweet potatoes, taro root, eddoes, several types of chili peppers, and more. To create truly authentic cuisine, our dry goods section is full of spices, sauces and other specialist ingredients - everything from dried shrimp to spiced coconut vinegar.
FRESH FISH
We occasionally stock fresh fish and seafood from Hartlepool, so follow us on Facebook to find out when we have stocks of fresh salmon, sea bass, sea bream, sardines, crab, oysters, and lobster. Fresh fish at our prices always proves popular!
